What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies allow the website to remember certain information about your visit — such as whether you have accepted a notice — so the site can work smoothly and you are not shown the same messages repeatedly. Cookies do not contain personal data on their own.
1. Who sets these cookies
Cookies on this website are set by Steadwell, 240 Chaeng Watthana Road, Pak Kret, Nonthaburi 11120, Thailand. We refer to these as "first-party cookies". Where a cookie is set by an external service embedded in our pages, we identify it separately below.
2. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies
Always onThese cookies are required for the website to function. They include cookies that record your consent choice so that you are not shown the cookie notice on every page. Without them, core functions of the site would not work. No consent is required to set these.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| sw_cookie_consent | Records whether you have acknowledged the cookie notice | 12 months |
| PHPSESSID | Maintains your session across page visits (set by the server) | Session |
Analytics cookies
Requires consentThese cookies help us understand how visitors move through the website — which pages are visited most often, how long visitors stay, and where they navigate next. This information is used in aggregate form only and helps us improve the site. We do not use this data to identify individuals.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _sw_visit | Distinguishes new from returning visits for page-view counts | 30 minutes |
| _sw_session | Groups page views within a single browsing session | Session |
| _sw_ref | Records the referring source (e.g. search or direct link) | 30 days |
Third-party map cookies
Requires consentOur contact page includes an embedded Google Maps widget to help you locate our offices. When the map loads, Google may set its own cookies on your device. These cookies are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or control the data collected by Google through these cookies.

3. How we obtain your consent
When you first visit our website, a notice appears at the bottom of the screen. Closing or dismissing that notice records your acknowledgement in a strictly necessary cookie (sw_cookie_consent). Analytics and map cookies are only activated after you have had the opportunity to see this notice.
We do not set analytics cookies on pages you visit before the notice has been shown.
4. Managing and removing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, and to receive a warning each time a cookie is about to be set. Please note that blocking all cookies may affect how some parts of our website function.
Here are links to cookie management guidance for common browsers:
To reset your consent preference on our website, you may clear the sw_cookie_consent item from your browser's local storage and reload the page. The cookie notice will then reappear.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers include a Do Not Track (DNT) signal. Our website currently does not respond to DNT signals in a standardised way, as no consistent industry standard has been established. Our analytics approach is minimal by design: we do not use tracking pixels, cross-site cookies, advertising networks, or fingerprinting techniques.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our practices or the law changes. The revised date at the top of the page will indicate when it was last updated. If we introduce new categories of cookies, we will refresh the consent notice accordingly.
