This policy describes what data we collect when you use our website or enquire about our services, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. Our services are operated from Thailand and this policy is governed by the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
We collect personal data in the following situations:
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message.
- Service delivery: when you use our document organisation or digitization services, we temporarily handle the personal information contained within the documents you provide.
- Website usage: via cookies and analytics tools, we collect anonymised information about how pages are used (see Section 5).
We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is incidentally present in documents you choose to submit for organisation.

6. Data retention
- Enquiry data: retained for 12 months from the date of enquiry, then deleted.
- Client project data: retained for 30 days after project completion, then deleted unless retention is requested in writing.
- Financial records: retained for the period required by Thai tax law (currently 5 years).
- Website analytics: aggregated, anonymised data retained for 24 months.
7. Data security
Physical documents in our care are stored in a locked area accessible only to the assigned staff member. Digital files are held on password-protected systems that are not accessible from public networks. We delete client files following handover in accordance with Section 6.
8. Third parties
We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or to deliver the service (for example, a secure file transfer service). We do not use third-party advertising networks. Our website may link to external resources; we are not responsible for those sites' privacy practices.
9. Children's data
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data where no legal retention obligation applies
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by a revised date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
